Yes, both your captain and the crew are fully certified, possessing all necessary qualifications and extensive experience in maritime operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey on your Crete boat tour. Skipper is also a certified nurse.
How to pay ? Payment Process ?
Payment Process:
When you make a booking through our system, only 30% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit. As you proceed to checkout, 70% of the total amount will automatically be deducted. The remainder of the due amount can be comfortably paid on-site at our location, either in cash or by card.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer very fair refund policies as follows:
Refund Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge up to one week before the booked date.
- 75% Refund: Cancellations made 4-6 days before the start will receive a 75% refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 2-3 days before the booked date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked date.
Note: The refund amount, if applicable within the specified periods, is calculated based on the deposit you have made, which is typically 30% of the total. If you have paid more than the standard deposit, the refund amount will, of course, be calculated based on the higher deposit amount you have made.
