Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be explained via email to landmarkoe@gmail.com In the case of a written cancellation of the travel contract, landmark oe will apply the following penalties in addition to fees and expenses incurred due the cancellation of services: In the case of Multi-day tours bookings without accommodation, the balance of the total price is to be settled no more than 10 days prior to the starting date of the service. In case of special arrangements, we reserve the right to alternate the terms of payment. This will be noted on our financial offer and/or on our Pro-forma invoice. Payment terms noted on a Pro-forma invoice are valid for the per se booking and overrule the terms stated on this document.
Cancellation penalties for multi-day tours:
Cancellations, effective upon receipt of written notification, are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:
  • Refunds will not be made for no-shows, early departures, or unused services during the trip dates.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to landmarkoe@gmail.com and are processed within 60 days.
Cancellation penalties for all activities:
Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by landmark oe. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations for set tours made 48 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.
Acceptance:
Payment of deposit or full payment shall be deemed as consent by the passenger to the above conditions.
