1. We will meet you and LISTEN to what you want regarding the location, the type of property, and budget. then armed with this information we will give you realistic and most importantly, impartial advice.

2. We will make appointments for you to see plots and properties and take you to view if required

3. We will introduce you to reputable builders, lawyers, construction companies, specialists in renovation etc and you will have the choice to employ any you wish or find your own if you prefer.

4. If you have not found what you are looking for we will continue to look for you and send you updates via email and/or fax.

5. If you buy we will keep an eye on everything for you, send you progress reports and photographs – independently from whichever builder you are using.

6. If you need something done in Crete while you are not in Crete we are happy to help if we are able.

7. If you wish we can arrange car hire, hotel reservations etc for you when you visit Crete

8. We can take you around the shops to see furniture, accessories, electrical goods with no hard sell or pressure.

9. As we are consultants we work with a wide range of companies and individuals who we have known for many years and can help you find the right people to fit your own requirements, and most importantly budget.
