Of course one of the main problems that prospective buyers from any country (other than Greece) has is the language barrier. Our Crete based property and financial consultant can help. Helen Peters has lived in Crete for over 18 years and as well as her native language, English, Helen speaks fluent Greek and will accompany you on visits to the various officials you will need to deal with during the process of buying a property in Crete, this takes away the worry of not being able to speak the Greek language while buying your Cretan property.

Landmark Crete although based in the North West of Crete, work closely with reputable agents and developers all over the island and we work hard with them to find your ideal property. If you are looking for a three bedroom Apartment near the coast, we will not send you details of a four bedroom Villa in the mountains.

We also have contact details available to you of reputable lawyers and architects, but it is not a requirement that you employ any of them if you want us to help you find your property. You are free at all times to use anyone you wish, for example if a friend of yours already lives in Crete and has a recommendation, you are free to employ them instead of any of our recommended officials.

Free or Discounted Viewing Trips are a popular option with many companies at the moment, we do not offer any such trips here at Landmark Crete. We do not employ high pressure selling techniques of any description, you remain in control at all times, we are just here to help you should you need it.
